**Terms and Conditions for Photography & Videography at Event**

By attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding photography and videography:

1. **Consent to Photography & Videography**
   - By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and otherwise recorded. You agree that the organizers may use, reproduce, and publish any media that includes your image, likeness, voice, or performance, whether in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing, archival, or educational purposes, without compensation or further approval from you.

2. **Use of Media**
   - The photographs, videos, and recordings may be used in various media, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, brochures, advertising materials, and publications produced by or on behalf of the event organizers. All rights to these images and recordings belong exclusively to the event organizers.

3. **Third-Party Photography & Videography**
   - Third-party photographers and videographers may be present at the event. You acknowledge that these third parties may also capture images and recordings in which you appear. The event organizers are not responsible for how these third-party images and recordings are used.

4. **Request for Removal**
   - If you wish not to be included in any photography or videography, you must inform event staff upon entry or at any point during the event. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

5. **Privacy & Security**
   - The event organizers will not sell or distribute any images or recordings for purposes unrelated to the event or for commercial gain outside of promotional activities unless explicit consent is obtained from you.

6. **Liability**
   - The event organizers are not responsible for any claims, demands, or damages arising out of or related to the use of your likeness in photographs, videos, or other recordings from the event.

7. **Media Access**
   - Attendees may be permitted to capture photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use during the event, unless otherwise stated. However, any such media taken by attendees cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the event organizers.

8. **Event Modifications**
   - The event organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected in communications or posted on event materials.

By entering the event premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from attending the event or inform event staff.
